Super-Pharm has found an innovative technological solution- a robot that greets customers at the entrance to the stores, helps them find their way around and leads them to the pharmacy and to the package collection station.
The robot was developed by ONE Robotix, which made Super-Pharm the first retail chain in Israel to integrate a robot as a customer assistant.
And also, who doesn't like robots?!
